- Carried out acceptance of the website http://tdc.ua, which was being developed by a third-party firm with some issues (over a year delay in the established deadlines for website development, multiple errors): - Finding errors in the website's engine as well as in html, css and javascript; - Making a list of required tasks for developers (many serious and small bugs), monitoring of tasks fulfillment; - Regular interaction with the client and the developers. Additionally: - As a result of virus infection of the company's other websites (which were not supported), work on cleaning and restoring the websites was performed: eurospecteh.com, tdc.com.ua, tdc.net.ua, v.tdc.ua.

- Joined site-development of two companies in the group: https://ventilator.ua/ first as front-end, later - as back-end developer: - Made a cross-browser layout of the site based on the company's design in Corel Draw); - Troubleshooted and removed errors in the existing Shop-Script CMS of the site, improved the ordering process; - Up to date, I have been maintaining and upgrading both the website engine, client-side and admin-side of the Shop-Script site; - As a coordinator of the IT department, I started by recruiting staff, in particular content managers and later seo-specialists and copywriters (full cycle: interview, testing, training, close contact during the trial period and beyond). All employees are remote. In particular: - Prepared instructions for website content management, instructions for writing texts (for both, copywriters and the company's staff, who also took part in writing specialized texts); - Organized the Department operations and intra-communication with the managers of the company to promptly address various issues related to the specification of goods, etc. - Developed a system of work evaluation and motivation, as well as reporting; - Project management, task management, QA - Provided technical support and advice on the sites of branches (Odessa, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk - joomla, html and other implementations) . Achievements: - Joined at a difficult stage for the company (the main website could not be started), and successfully implemented the tasks at hand; - Fully organized the IT department of the company from scratch; - Coordinated the work of the department of 8 people (5 content managers, 2 SEO specialists, 1 copywriter) during the peak load period; - Significantly improved (refactored) the main website's engine - there were very many changes; - Improvement of the website's engine has increased the productivity of content managers to populate the online store with products 5-7 times faster, and to update the existing products and categoies pages - 7-15 times faster; - In addition, thanks to my own elaboration, the time to update prices (each brand has its own price and its own terms of discounts, as well as its own custom currency rates: for USD and EUR) was significantly reduced: from a few days to 1-2 hours, in particular for brands with 3 or more thousand products. - During the whole period of work 23 interviews were conducted (selection was made from about 50 candidates selected by the HR-specialist), 20 test tasks, 7 of which were successfully completed. - Organized a seminar on training content managers and SEO-specialists (in-depth: html, css, seo-optimization and website promotion; overview: setting up a local server, working with PHP, Javascript, JQuery, MySQL), including the involvement of external specialists, also participated as a lecturer to cover about 50% of the topics; - After the seminar, content managers were invited to continue training in one of the following specializations: front-end developer (layout and javascript/jquery), back-end programming, and SEO.

It was a simultaneous start-up with similar responsibilities. The recruitment process was much larger due to multiple languages translation services (both European and Orient languages).
