I am the founder and editor-in-chief, managing the technical aspects (content creation, editing, publishing, distribution), managing the network of contractors, vendors and service providers necessary, as well as identifying, attracting and the target audience (hotels, airports, tourist agencies and enterprises.

Tour Guide, Interpreter, Translator (brand of TravelBE), SA-RA Travel Agency is a brand created by TravelBE to offer dedicated, tailored tourist experiences to Russian speaking visitors, and professional interpreter or personal assistant services to Russian businessmen coming to Krakow for entrepreneurial purpose ;

"Piwowarczyk'' is a truck company specialized in full load transportation between Poland and western Europe. My task in the operations department was securing constant monitoring and communications with the Ukrainian drivers' fleet, utilize freight exchange platforms to complete door-to-door truck round trips, collect and verify transport documents, input drivers' expenses in the database, handle visa and work permit procedures. REASONS FOR LEAVING: the startup of my own magazine project (see above).

Arvato branch in Krakow provides first and second line of international customer service to Google AdWords users and advertisers. In this client-facing, B2B role my responsibility was to provide technical and non-technical support to a number of Russian enterprises. My performance was evaluated against challenging targets and KPIs, set by my line manager to improve results, increase productivity and enhance customer experience. I was working and reporting in Russian, English and Polish language.

AMS provides HR and recruitment services to multinational companies. I was part of the team covering end-to-end recruitment projects in EMEA region for NIKE account. I was trained to perform web searches, sourcing on different channels, interviewing and assessing candidates, reporting. Being a quick learner, I completed successfully the 3-months internship learning soon how to work autonomously on the tasks assigned by my supervisors.

``WZ Języki'' My first working experience after relocating to Krakow, to cover the first expenses and start my professional path, was as private teacher of Russian language for employees of Orlen Oil firm (client of WZ Jezyki school).
