● More than 10 years working experience in multinational oil and gas industry. ● Proficient in English and Russian. ● Extensive knowledge, skills and experience in project control, cost control, accounting, material management, logistics and quality assurance. ● Consistently engaged in all aspects of logistics, stock control, receipt, storage, inventory and issue, ensuring safety practice. ● Proven experience in developing cost efficiency and savings, risk analysis, risk mitigation, resulting in substantial project savings. ● Good understanding of international business practices. ● Strong analytical and business judgment skills with proven ability to coordinate work of different groups and departments to solve complicated issues in order to meet project deadlines. ● Experience of working on the construction sites for Sakhalin I and Sakhalin II projects located in North of Sakhalin Island.. Worked on rotational and residential basis. ● Experienced supervision of warehouse staff more than 20 employees including warehousemen, labors, carpenters, riggers and operators with equipment assigned e.g. cranes, forklifts, loaders, trucks and trailers. ● To be involved in Sakhalin-1 Project, Odoptu First Stage Production, final phase and start of asset transfers, equipment demobilization. ● Proficient in Windows OS; MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), has an operational experience with the professional software SAP program. ● Organization of cargo deliveries to the different parts of the island in a timely manner using logistics systems. coordination of the activities of all participants of the logistics chain. ● Participated / effectively implemented HSES Procedures; trained personnel how to work safely. ● Possesses valid Russian Federation Driver’s License.
