I have been starting to work in the position Key account manager, and was responsible for Belgorod region. The main objective of the company was to increase sales of packaging system to all key producers in Belgorod area. Packaging system consists of complex automatic lines with their integration into factory infrastructure and further packaging materials deliveries. Throughout the first year productive relationship were set with key players of fresh red meat market such as Miratorg Agro-Belogorie, Belgrancorm, Prioskolie. In consideration of high rate of the customers in Russian market, the following strategy has been chosen: 1. Three way mutually beneficial cooperation among Sealed Air, Producers, Final consumers; 2. Safety of products, profit, and long-term perspective have been chosen as a key factors for SAC and Partners. Safety, competitive cost, convenience of usage and flavor of products have been chosen as a key requirements for final consumers; 3. The size of the country and additional wishes of regions appear to be the main in terms of packaging system for shelf life extension, long distance, and presentation in stores; 4. American and European experience was taking into account in selecting the right packaging solution for individual producers. Achievements in the role of KAM: - The business has been enlarged in several times; - More than five innovative solutions have been successfully implemented. It has been making a positive influence on meat market tendency in general; - Partnerships were improved up to high level; Personal achievements: - Was awarded three times as a best sales manager in RF; - In 2012 was awarded as a best of the best sales manager in Europe. In this year the company took the position in TOP ten innovative company in the world. Since middle of 2014 was appointed on the position of head of sales department. Currently I’m in charge of sales and profit goals achievement. In the new role: - Provided deep analyses according to the company objectives; - Replaced employees in the regions where it was necessary; - Set the new goals according to the company priorities; - Since took up the position I have been exceeding the objectives on a constant basis.
